Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator of Pozorio AI and its users. They are effective from 13 April 2026.

1. Service operator

The operator of the Pozorio AI platform is:

2. Subject of these terms

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of Pozorio AI — a SaaS tool for monitoring the visibility of online stores and websites in AI search engines (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, AI Overviews and others). The terms apply to all plans, including the free audit and paid subscriptions.

3. Who can use the service

Pozorio AI is intended exclusively for businesses — legal entities (limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, etc.) and self-employed individuals. By registering or paying, users confirm that they are not acting as consumers under Slovak consumer protection law. Consumer protection regulations therefore do not apply to the relationship between the parties.

4. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account, performing a free audit or paying a subscription, users accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the payment or registered parts of the service.

5. Pricing and payment terms

Current pricing is available at pozorio.sk/cennik. Payments are made through the Stripe payment gateway in euros (EUR).

  • Billing cycles: subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual cycle. Annual subscriptions generally offer a better price than monthly subscriptions.
  • 7-day trial period: newly registered users can use paid functionality free for 7 days. After the trial, a paid subscription must be activated to continue measurements. For the trial without a payment card, the 168-hour period starts when the first usable results are ready; limits are displayed before activation. No payment is charged without choosing to continue with a paid plan, and previous results remain available to read. Existing subscriptions follow the terms confirmed when activated.
  • Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time in your account settings.
  • Unpaid payment: if a payment fails, users are notified by email. If it is not paid within 7 days, access to paid features is suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

6. Contract duration and termination

The service contract is concluded for an indefinite period. Users can cancel their subscription at any time through account settings or by sending a written request to the operator’s email address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All features remain active until that date. After the subscription ends, user data will be retained for 30 days, during which users can export it. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.

The operator reserves the right to terminate a user’s access immediately in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

7. Restrictions on use

Users agree not to:

  • use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws,
  • automatically download platform content in bulk (scraping, crawling),
  • attempt reverse engineering, decompilation or obtaining the platform’s source code,
  • sell, rent or otherwise provide third parties with access to the platform,
  • compromise the security or availability of the platform.

8. Warranties and limitation of liability

Pozorio AI is provided “as is”. The operator makes no warranties regarding specific monitoring results, visibility in AI search engines or the accuracy of data obtained from third parties (OpenAI, Google). Audit results are informational.

The operator’s total liability for damage arising from use of the service is limited to the amount of 3 months of subscription fees paid by the user during the period preceding the damage. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage.

The service generates recommendations, action plans, content briefs and other suggested website changes partly automatically (including with artificial intelligence models) from measured data. They are informational and supportive. Users must have them professionally verified before deploying them on their websites. The operator is not responsible for business results, search rankings or any damage caused by changes to a website, content, schemas or other settings based on these recommendations. This sentence was added on 17 September 2026.

9. Intellectual property

Pozorio AI, including its software, design, logo and content, is the operator’s intellectual property. Registration grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for their own business purposes.

Data that users enter into the system (URL, brand, description) remains their exclusive property. The operator may not use it for other purposes without user consent, except where required by law.

10. Complaints

Send complaints and feedback about the service to info@pozorio.sk. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.

11. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by a separate policy available on the Privacy policy page.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. All disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

13. Changes to the terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material change by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
